Booking a discovery call through the Site does not itself create a client relationship or contractual obligation. Any actual engagement for consulting, development, or other services is governed by a separate signed agreement between Infusion Labs and the client, the terms of which will control over anything stated on this Site.

The Site and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Infusion Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site uses third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling and Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infusion Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
